    If I could give this hotel a negative rating I would. First off, we walk in to check into our room and there is a lady "sleeping" on one of the benches in the lobby. I asked the lady at the desk if that lady was ok and her response to me was "Yes she's just sleeping, she's just waiting for her Uber" I said ok which I knew better. There was no way that lady was just "sleeping". We get checked in and this place was kind of iffy to me the second walking in, but we proceeded with our check in. We get to our room and it stunk, sheets had stains on them like they haven't been washed in quite a while, crumbs all over the floor, macaroni noodles in the air conditioning unit, bath tub was wet like someone had just taken a bath, hair all over the floor in the bathroom, toilet seat had stains on it like someone bled on it. There was no way we would have slept there. I immediately went and got the girl at the desk and she wanted to see the room so I showed it to her. I asked for a refund and she got really crappy with me about it like she didn't want to do it but she ended up doing it. This place needs to be shut down. DO NOT STAY HERE! I'm almost 100% positive they house homeless people there!!! I wish there was a way to post photos because I ended up taking some before we walked out of the room.

    I paid $107 for a filthy room. Bedspread had holes, ashes on window sill, had to fix cable, hot tub spout shoots up, mirrors and floors dirty, security latch did not work and I had to track down a fridge and microwave. Totally unacceptable! I’ve sent 3 emails to both the corporation and franchise owner with no response! Would not feel safe.
