    After check in, I proceeded to my room. The floors were dirty in the hall. When I entered my room it smelled musty, there were white stains on the couch. When I pulled my mattress cover back, because I check for bed bugs, there was dried blood saturated in the mattress. I went to the desk and said I wanted a refund, I was not staying there. She said she couldn't refund me, a manager would have to. I needed to call back in the morning. On my way to another hotel, I called IHG. They gave me a claim number, ***********, and told me the manager of the venue needed to refund me. They did offer me points to use on my next stay. I told them no, I want a refund. The next afternoon I called. The manager told me IHG had to handle it. I called IHG d the message. The check in/out was June 30. I have made a few calls. Nothing has been resolved.

    Yes, Im going to refund this person their money; this was supposed to be done with our brands since that who she called but I went ahead and took care of it.
