    This hotel seems to frequently over charge guests. It happened to my husband for a work trip they took an extra $395 out of his account overnight. For no reason his room was already paid for. They didnt have an explanation for the charge and were refusing to refund it until I got corporate on the phone. The whole operation seems shady. Like they may be committing fraud. He ended up getting the money refunded but now has to wait 6/8 buisness days for money that shouldve never been taken out of his account in the first place. Upon reading ****** reviews this happens here often. Id like an explanation for why this charge was taken out. $395 is a random and high amount to just take off someones card with no explanation and then refusing a refund!

                            We got your mails regarding the guest complaint. Actually, Its a system glitch and we already voided all those transactions. After the guest checks in, he checked out at the next day. At the time of checkout, we refunded that amount. And that time it's a holiday week. At the time of check out we told to the guest it will take 5-7 business days on an average. So, the guest checked out at Dec 27 and he complained at dec 29. I might be reflected into the guest card. 

    Iam assuring that there is no fraud activity happened, it's a system glitch and we already refunded that amount back. Iam happy to give all the details.

    I rented a room from Super 8 for 2 nights. They charged a 50 deposit which was to be returned to my card after checkout. I went through painstaking care to make sure on checkout they checked the room before I left. I was very thorough because of this motels reputation. I was assured everything was fine and I even called many times to inquire about this. Everyday I was assured it would be returned. After about ten days I was told there was a miscellaneous charge. Basically that the owner stole my money. Rumor is that someone is doing this to cover embezzlement. I just want my deposit returned.
