    Will not return phone calls or emails. Have to call customer service to get my questions answered. Raised rates. I've had no tickets or accidents. Very rude and very unprofessional company. This office shouldn't even be in business. He is never in the office. ALWAYS GONE!! (what i am told when i call) The phone does ring but takes forever for someone to answer. Office gals takes messages but Ben does not call back. Let alone email me back. Not paying high insurance rates. I can't afford it. He has been told this. Customer service knows about this. The office gals know this. Nothing is done about it. Two months ago I only paid 130.. this month 166 and some change. I can kot afford this. No one wants to do their job. So sick of this.
