    On May 24, 2024 ******* Moving moved my furniture from ******************************************************************************************* to my current address I have provided to you. As they were moving my tv/entertainment center out of the apartment in ********* to the truck they dropped it causing damage to two of the corners and middle portion of the top of the item. I, myself, and my mother were witnesses to this happening in the parking lot right next to the moving truck. I was told by the owner that they would come to ****** and pick the entertainment center up and take it for repair in two weeks from the day they moved me. I have not heard from her since that moving day. I emailed her on June 16th but received no reply. Her employees also broke a board on the inside of my sofa. If she does not fixed these items then I want a monetary settlement so I can take this items to be fixed.

    I hired *******'s moving and storage for a last minute move December 22, 2022. They were great at accommodating my time frame and getting guys out there. Unfortunately, that's the end of the good part. They sent two guys and a rusted-out ************. Talk about OSHA violations, that truck was a broken leg and tetanus waiting to happen. The guys loaded my stuff haphazardly- there were rogue lamps and small boxes thrown on top. At my storage unit, stuff was unloaded and put in the unit in perhaps the worst possible way. When I went in to rearrange, I noticed lots of preventable damage to my furniture. A moving blanket could have solved all their problems. I reached out, they said they would repair it or give me some money back. I have emailed multiple times to contact ***** (who coordinated the move) and have received no response.
