    Bought a 2018 **** F250 6.7 turbo diesel from them SuperCrew 5 months ago is having nothing but problems I took it to a shop after paying for a new car warranty it's at ********* now the drive chain is going out differentials are bad the brakes are gone and don't afford to charge me way too much telling me that it Blue Book for ****** and wouldn't come off of $40,000. Now they're telling me that they don't want to do business with me anymore because of all my complaints I'm not happy with this establishment this is the second time they have done this to me I paid $2,000 for an extended warranty on a car I bought from them they didn't cover anything this is a horse s*** company

    Mr. ****** has voiced his dissatisfaction with his vehicle purchase to us on multiple occasions. On every occasion he has yelled and cursed at our employees. Our Senior Sales Manager spoke with Mr. ****** and noted in his customer file his abusive behavior. The vehicle he purchased passed our safety inspection and was sold AS IS. There is no assistance available to Mr. ****** from Dahl Ford Davenport.

    9/3 I dropped my car off to ********* for a inspection i bought my car in April at ****. ********* had it sent to ******** chrysler for inspection. Because ********* does not work on Chryslers. ************************* had 2 vehicles of the same make model. ******** gave my car to a tow truck driver who then took my vehicle to ********* transmission shop where ********* transmission shop tore apart my transmission before realizing they had the wrong vehicle they put back together my transmission and sent it back to ******** then sent it back to ****. Now **** saying there is nothing wrong with my vehicle my car is not running right my car is running extremely rough and extremely loud. My car was doing none of that when I dropped it off. I dropped my vehicle off for an inspection my vehicle was then sent to a transmission shop where it was torn apart and put back together. ************************* gave my vehicle to the tow truck driver as a mistake. Then the transmission shop worked on the vehicle until they realized they have the wrong vehicle. I wanted to have my vehicle inspected after all of this so I called ************* who then tells me they don't even want to look at it because I have a rebuilt transmission. I never signed up for a rebuilt transmission I dropped my car off to **** to have it inspected. Now my vehicle is not running properly and my transmission has been torn apart. I did not authorize anything besides finding out why my vehicle had an engine light on.

    Very unfortunate situation. We did send her vehicle to ************************* to diagnose her concerns and they did in error send her vehicle to an ************************ shop. When we became aware of the error we reached out to ******************** to inform her of the error. Vehicle was returned to ******************** and she did have additional concerns. Our Service Manager called ******************** and offered to pay to have a second inspection done which was subsequently performed by *************************. The results of the inspection by ************************* was no problem found. To offer her some sort of peace of mind we then extended her powertrain coverage for 2 years or ******* miles from the date her vehicle was returned to her. No additional assistance is available.
