    Misleading business practices When I took my car for diagnostics, the service representative told me that the diagnostic fee would be "absorbed" into the cost of the service if I went ahead and completed the service. She led me to believe that I would not be charged for the diagnostic if I chose to complete the repairs. When the bill came the story changed BE CAREFUL WITH THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT. GET THINGS IN WRITING BEFORE ENTERING ANY AGREEMENT WITH THEM.

    I needed to get a new tire for my 2022 Honda HRV. Cost was $376, which I thought was a little high. But, I needed to have it fixed. One week later, I ended up having to get another tire, as I had another nail in a different tire. I went to the other local Honda dealer and was charged $260 for the same tire. When I called Smart, I was told that the different dealers can price them however they want to. If it only a small amount, I wouildn't complain. But, 30%! That's ridiculous.

    Tire prices vary based on ratings, brands, etc. For this reason, we offer a price match guarantee on our tires and we have notified the customer of this policy and we believe they are now satisfied. Thanks!

    Smart Honda set me a coupon in the mail for a $3.95 oil change. The coupon stated that is was for 2013 -2023 Honda vehicle's. I have a 2021 Honda van. When a called to schedule an appointment for the oil change, they stated that I did not qualify because my vehicle was not in their maintenance database. I called the General Manager to discuss the issue but was only able to leave a voice message. The General Manager never called me back. This appears to be false advertising. Needless to say I took my vehicle to another Honda dealership to perform the oil change.

    due for your next oil change.  For the inconvenience on your initial visit

    you this price of $3.95 oil and filter change special for your next four oil
