      A crew started the job and abandoned the job. Some of the job was also done wrong. This was to be a 3 day job early July, it is still not correct. We never received a detailed bill, and ethics for billing were not followed as most usual practices and businesses do, the business billed us for the amount we were accepted by the bank for, and didn't credit us for what we were to be credited for, and billed us before the job was complete and before talking to us about a settlement and what was agreeable to all parties. The job is still not acceptable or totally finished. It took time we couldn't have our granddaughters in our home for a month, time from my mom who went in the hospital and passed away, and this whole situation has been totally unacceptable and unfair to us the way it has been handled. I have included a few of the photos of one bathroom, both bathrooms had to be redone because of the shoddy work the crew did.

      I am the Vice President of sales and just received this and talked to the Store Manager in ************.  I have been told that we have been out several times to fix some items for the Customer and still have some more areas that need fixed. ***** the Store Manager said that he tried to set up a time to go back out and fix what still needs done and the Customer doesn't want us back out. I have just left a message for the Customer to call me at the phone number listed in the above complaint. When I receive a call back I will see what the Customer would like us to do and try and get this taken care of for them.  We pride ourselves on customer service and I am sure we can get this issue resolved and make the ****'s happy.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I have been trying to work with ***** for a resolve and resolution,  and we have not told him we did not want anyone back out.  In fact,  it has been the opposite,  they seem to want us to go away,  not to have to deal with the issues,  and seem to think we should pay almost 12k and live with all the things that aren't right and correct with this job.

      We are working with Carpetland to get the issues resolved,  and hopefully in a more timely manner.  Since it is not totally resolved as of yet, it remains to be seen, but we are on a better track now with communication.
