    My debit card was hacked when I purchased a kit online through what I thought was State Farm. I have spoken to the bank and they state that the said company has proof of the purchase. I have called this company several times to get a refund and every time I call, I am told refund is being sent. This has been going on since 2/14/2025. When I ask them to please send proof of purchase and/or goods they hang up. This has happened every time I call, they are reading off a script, supposedly there are no supervisors to speak to.
