    They are super responsive and reasonably priced. If you have any issues you can email them knowing that youll get a response quickly. Ive been having them come out as a preventative measure for several months now. They are mindful of pets and children when applying chemicals, but also mindful of environmental impacts of over treating. The techs are friendly and courteous.

    Our house had been vacant for over 6 months when we moved in last summer, so the insect population was thriving, but ****-******** has gotten things under control for us. We also appreciate all the the technicians who have provided service - most recently, ***** did a great job for us! He's very thorough, worked hard to reach even the out of the way places, and explained things as he went. Thanks!

    The inspector, *****, was extremely helpful and offered some DIY tips in addition to the company services. *****, the technician who did the work was friendly, respectful, and tidy. I had to reach out to receive communication on scheduling and arrival times-t-hat could use a little more coordination/precision. Overall, I am very satisfied with the job!

    Did you know the average person swallows 8 spiders a year on average in their sleep! Let's start there!***** the sales manager was great! We chose to go with them do to the great job he did on the inspection. He explained what he was seeing and doing as we walked the property with him inside and out! WE all learned a lot that day! My siblings and I are trying to get our elderly mothers house back in order and had no idea of the mouse infestation until we uncovered all the pellets behind furniture and under things that have not been moved in years. He also pointed out spider eggs all over the basement laundry room that were hidden in the ceiling! We were creeped out and signed on right away. Very professional and he really knows his stuff.

    I am confident no critters will be invading my attic again. Nate and Aaron were very polite and cheerfully executed repairs/exclusion on a roiling hot day. I would definitely use this company again and will recommend them to others.

    We called Iowa Illinois Pest control out because I found what I had thought was a bed bug (we had used them when our apartment had got infested from neighbors). D**** came out and inspected and quickly assessed that something wasn't right as they weren't infesting the appropriate places for bed bugs. He asked if we had bats and quickly had N*** from their wildlife department come out to inspect things. It turned out that we had a major bat infestation and all the creepy crawly pests that come along with that - including bat bugs which are similar to bed bugs. The bats had already migrated, but the amount of damage was substantial. We had to have 3+ inches of bat poop cleaned out of the attic, plus all of the destroyed insulation, wasps nests, dead mice, and who knows what else. After removing all of the nastiness, they put down chemicals to kill any viruses from the bats and dusted it with pesticides. They put up bat exclusions and also fixed the bathroom fan to vent outside instead of into the attic. They also reinsulated the attic. We had N***, J**, and B****** working out here. They were all so polite and friendly. J** even fished my garbage cans out of the ditch after the wind blew them in. My dogs waited by the door for them every morning and are now sad that their friends don't come see them anymore. After the guys got all of that done, we had R***** out to do a heat treatment on the house. He was also very friendly and professional. The guys did a great job on everything. We highly recommend Iowa Illinois Pest Control.

    We have had Ia- Ill now for two years and have been very satisfied with the service and quality of the job. **** has been here only a few times but remembered what we wanted and did a great job. He was very polite and knowledgeable.
