We had an absolutely horrible experience working with Pleasure Pools and Spas. When our pool was originally installed the inlet and outlet lines were hooked up backwards and it took weeks for them to come and correct it. Causing us to need $100s in chemicals to clear the water. Also the heater and pump were installed wrong and not in accordance with the manual and I had to move the heater to be able to wire it because the pump blocked the electrical cabinet. The pavers they put down for the pool equipment were completely out of level and looked horrible. I had to redo everything. There are multiple 4 inch deep divots in sand under the liner that catch debris that our vacuum will not clean. Our heater has leaked from the start dropping our water level over an inch per week and they will not come look at it on warranty. We needed service on the heater to start this pool season because it would not run at all and they charged us $375 for the service and were at our house for about 10 minutes. When I called to complain about this invoice the customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. I would not recommend this company to anyone, terrible experience from the moment my check was cashed. Also when I called the phone was answered by a young man who sounded 20ish, I asked for his supervisor and he said he was the supervisor. I then asked for the owner of the company, he said he was the owner. I then said, youre not the owner of the company and he responded with bet? Very sad to see companies ran this way, getting a pool should be exciting, but with Pleasure Pools and Spas its nothing short of miserable.
