      On 01/24/2023 I had an eye appointment with Dr. ********************* This appointment was for a glasses AND a contact lense exam (which is more expensive-the contact exam is $100 alone), I did tell the doctor that I would be purchasing glasses that day as I couldn't afford to purchase contacts at the same time. I was "apparently" given a script for glasses, NOT my contacts. I didn't know the difference between the two so I assumed it was for my contacts and went to the opposite side of his office building (which is where Vision 4 less is located-they are all in one big open room except for the actual exam rooms) and placed an order for my glasses. I am complaining that I was NEVER given a script for my contact lenses even though I paid for the contact lense exam and that NO WHERE is it posted that you have to ask for one. I moved in september of 2023 and have been waiting to order my contacts because the script stated it was good through 2025. I kept all the paperwork together and went to place my order online. I got an email today stating that, the script I had scanned over to them was for glasses. I called Dr. ******** office 3 times and was told that yes, I had paid for a glasses and a contact lense exam on 1/24/2023 and that I wouldn't have been given a contact script without asking for it. I have been wearing my glasses this entire past year. They said that since a contact script is only good for a year I would have to have another exam for $100. I am wanting a script for my contacts. I paid for the exam and it is only roughly 2 and 1/2 months past what they say is the expiration date for the script I never received. I would have ordered sooner but I was looking at my glasses script since that is what I had in my possession (which is good until 2025). I wouldn't have paid for the extra exam just to buy glasses. I obviously couldn't fill a script I don't have and I have the receipts for the glasses I did purchase that day.
