Centennial Home Improvement is a wonderful company. We couldnt have been happier with the entire process of residing ********** from the initial planning stages to the finished project. They were very thorough and detailed oriented. **** and *** were very personable and the crew was hardworking and quick. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for professionals who make their customers a priority. A perfect 10 out of 10!

When it starts raining in your house, panic and stress! And when it stops, Centennial! The immediate response put us at ease. Mark inspected and explained everything in detail, even the ‘what if’s’, as well as teaching us about the process. When we decided what type of roof we wanted, he had actual sample boards, which was huge on deciding on a color we liked and had the best curb appeal. He kept us informed and part of the process for the entire job. Mark did a fantastic job working with us and Centennial is nothing without a first class crew backing up the plan. I still can’t believe they did this in 1 day. They arrived at sun up, removed 2 layers, did some minor repairs, laid the roof, cleaned up and left when the sun went down. POOF!! These guys ROCK! For the house, we are using a start at the top and work our way down philosophy. Our roof is done so when decide to do the siding, there is only one call we are going to make…… Centennial Home Improvement ……. Lose the stress and make the call.Centennial Home Improvement, LLC

We received storm damage to the siding on our home on Friday, March 31, 2023. I contacted several companies via email on Friday night to get estimates on the repairs. We did not expect to hear from anyone until Monday. Mark Richardson, owner of Centennial Home Improvement, contacted us Saturday morning April 1, 2023, and came out to our home later that day to inspect the damage. He was able to give us a quote that day and had someone come out on Monday to repair the damage. The work was excellent and his price was competitive. After the work was completed he came back to our home to inspect the work and make sure we were satisfied. His work and customer service is outstanding and we highly recommend Centennial Home Improvement.Centennial Home Improvement, LLC

Awesome work! We had siding, soffits, facia, gutters and gutter guards done and a door replaced. They were in and out in a day. Cleaned up so well you didn't even know they were there! Completely changed the look of our home, now we have the best looking house in the neighborhood. Truly from Drab to Fab! The neighbors have even came and told us how beautiful our home looked now. Mark is the best, super friendly, kept us in the loop the entire process, I wouldn't want to work with any other company. Incredible company. Mark, Jim and the entire Team at Centennial went above and beyond for us. We had new siding, soffit, facia, and gutters installed. Not only were they fast, but they left my property spotless. The work is absolutely top notch, but that isn't even the best part. It was very comforting going through this process with a contractor that listened to what we wanted vs just trying to sell us a product and service. They made us feel at ease in making the right decisions on what products to use both for quality and budget. I can't recommend them enough.Centennial Home Improvement, LLC

Told us they could start in 4 to 8 weeks but began the process in a couple of days. Nice surprise!
