      I hired this company to remove snow from my porch roof as it was leaking after a major snow storm. The price seemed high but they were the first company able to come over. The crew punctured holes and slices down in my gutters and most likely my roof too. This was in January and now in May they wont take any responsibility and not even an apology!!! Beware

      We had a great experience with ************************* Docs. They helped us with all the insurance hoops to get our roof fully covered with insurance after storm damage. They made the process easy and care free for us. Our roof looks great!

      First Visit was AMAZING!! Olive Street Apts Galesburg Illinois looks forward to working with you. They did an awesome job on just the beginning estimate and bid. Was on the roof taking pictures!! Now that's Efficiency at it Finest. Clean and Hygienic and very clear on the damage on our roof. Terrible Storm Damage and they say we need a TARP ASAP and I am so Thankful as I have lost a sofa and 3 pieces of priceless antique cabinets.

      It was a pleasure working with QC Roof Drs. I had minimal contact with the insurance company (yay) as Hope took care of everything. All I had to do was file a claim online, she met the adjuster at our home, and the rest is history. They did a great job and the clean-up was almost perfect. Only a handful of roofing nails were found after the crew left. We were very happy how fast they got to us and didn't have to wait until spring to have the roof replaced.

      Just a follow-up on our hail damage and roof repair for this past summer. I am very pleased with how the whole process went. The Roof Dr's project manager did a great job coordinating with our insurance company and adjuster. We had shingles, fascia, gutters, a screen door, roof vents and sky lights replaced. The only thing that was disappointing was we needed a custom color for our gutters and fascia and those material took a while to come in and the new sceen door came in damaged from Anderson (shipped UPS). So that was re-ordered. These were supplier issues and out of Roof Dr;s hands, I give Joe and the whole crew a thumbs up.

      HOPE PERRY & DRE JACKSON were a great help when we called QC ROOF Drs. after the May hail storm that hit Monmouth. They provided excellent service and quality replacement materials. Their workers were polite and efficient.

      We worked with ***** and Hope with QC Roof Doctors. Their personal service and professionalism were outstanding. For example, my wife and I had our first child and we needed roof repair from hail damage. They repaired our roof in time for us to bring ************* and not be disturbed with the construction. We were really grateful for everything they did and the product turned out great! We were really happy with ***, ****, and their team's service.
