    I visited the website of the ********************** (IFL) Quad City Steamwheelers at ********************************** to purchase official team merchandise. I ordered a 2024 official red jersey in size 2XL. It was customized with "******" and "50" as a 50th birthday gift for my husband. On ***********, I used my Navy ******************** **** debit card to pay $125.00 for the jersey and $7.96 in shipping and handling fees. The card payment was made to "Classical Graphics". I received email confirmation of my order (*******) with an anticipated arrival date of June 6, 2024, via priority mail. On June 12, 2024, I accessed the link in my order confirmation email. It generated an email to ***** ******* at *********************************** I inquired about my order status. ***** responded on June 13, 2024, "I reached out to the Steamwheelers TM for an update on your jersey. I'll let you know as soon as I hear back from her". I emailed ***** again on June 18 and 23, 2024, with no responses. On June 23, 2024, I emailed Director of Game Operations ***** ******* at ************************************** with no response. To date no jersey or refund has been received.
