      **** **** came and offered me the services and gave me the brochures. I said OK. So then they, him and supposedly his brother, came and wrote it all up. I submitted it to my insurance and they got with my insurance and they said that the insurance is paying for this damage, but they think that there should be more for the roof that the roof was damaged more than what the insurance said. This, and they were going to fight for it and make sure the roof&#**;s done too. Time went by and he couldn&#**;t get anywhere with the insurance and finally he said OK, we&#**;ll fix the damage that the insurance is paying for and then I&#**;ll still work with them about the rest. He was talking to the insurance, then they got the insurance lined up. Then State Farm sent me the check and then H313237323536**333135H wanted the money. So I wrote them a check from my account. And then *** came and said that my check didnt clear. So **** **** and I went to the bank. The bank says I don&#**;t see why, and they gave him a certified check and cancelled my check. So I gave them all the money the insurance gave me, and they were supposed to do the work, but it didn&#**;t happen. Didn&#**;t happen. Finally, **** **** sent me to **** ******** to schedule the repairs, so I talked to **** ********. He says, well, next week we&#**;re going to have that stuff delivered and it&#**;s all fixed. But I&#**;ll call you back in a day or two and tell you exactly which day. They never called back. Nothing. I tried to call him. He was not available and the message thing was full. Then I called **** **** and the same thing happened. And finally I got one message through and still nobody has called or answered or nothing. Then my son from ********** called them and talked to them and they told them that this week they&#**;re going to be out here and fix it. And my son said, if not, I&#**;m going to go to the police and they said, yeah, yeah, this week we&#**;ll fix it. I still haven&#**;t heard from them nor seen any supplies nor nothing.

      Company representative came by and gave me a free quote and inspection on the condition of my house after a storm. Helped me file a claim with my insurance to get all the necessary repairs on my roof gutters and siding. Once i received the payout from my insurance they kept insisting i give them the check to start the work, i then told them i would like to go with another company for the repair. stated that i need to go with them but i was in the right if i wanted to go with another company. continued to keep the check cash it and then say they can refund the money but would come with a penalty as they had already purchased supplies for my home to be repaired. I then asked them to send me the invoice and pictures proving that materials have been bought and were in their warehouse. i have supporting text messages that i send my email to them to get that invoice sent over to me. As of September 10th i reached out to them and spoke on the phone and this is where i verbally requested the invoice. Followed up with a text message with my email address. it is now October 9th and i have no response and no returned check from this company after numerous attempts to contact various individuals from the company. they did let me know that it would take 7-14 business days to receive the refund.
