    I have been taken twice by this company and should have known it was a shady company out to take senior citizens for their money. I first hired them last July to trim a tree in my back yard. They came after a hard rain and left ruts in my yard and dropped limbs on my chain link fence and bent the wire and one section of top rail and the owner said he would take care of it but never did anything. At that time i asked if he could trim my oak tree of dead branches as i had done previous 5 years before by a a certified Arborist witch did a great job. As at that time he said i had a very healthy oak tree and the do them all the time. They came back in January as the oak tree has to be dormant before you can cut anything. He sent two people over and left that did not have a clue what they were doing. They kept telling me many times they were done and i kept telling them you are missing this one and other ones i pointed out. Like i told the owner this spring when i sent him picture of the dead ones they left as the limbs do not die over the winter its ones they had no clue what to look for. The owner in an text said he would stop by and look it over. I contacted this company 2 weeks ago to find out if they were planning to come back this winter to finish the ones they missed as it was not my job to stand out there and point out every limb for them as thats why i hired i thought was a professional to do the job !!!!!!!! have heard nothing since so i know they planning on doing nothing about the damage to my fence or to finish my oak tree as it should have done in the first place. And by the way they only except cash so you get no receipt for work done !!!!!!!!!!!!!
