  We met with an estimator on July 19th, 2023 and secured a bid for replacing 4 windows and 1 door. The estimator was very professional and easy to work with. We received approval from the funding source to complete the work for this low-income client on August 30, 2023. They stated they could not get the door until spring time, so we made a down payment for the windows. When we asked for insurance and more information about their company, they backed out of the deal We did not receive our down payment back until we demanded a refund. I do not recommend working with them. Something just seems off with the way the company if managed.

  We apologize that we were unable to move forward with the customer's organization and their demand for documents. We supplied the **9 within hours of receiving the request for it. After the fact they requested additional information such as, but not limited to, a certificate of insurance that named them as an additional insured. Our insurance company told us this would entail additional costs and they would not recommend doing so. The refund check was cut the morning after an email to ******************** stated we were canceling the contract. The email was on November 21, the check was cut on November 22. There was no demand for a refund check. A call was made to a woman named ******** telling her the check was in the mail. It was, however, the day before the Thanksgiving holiday so it probably did not reach them until the following week.
