    5/9/25 I placed an order for floral delivery and was called saying they do not deliver to that address after accepting payment. They stated they can not cancel the order and do not provide information how to cancel beyond calling the number on the email that is not ours there is no other information on the email to indicate they work through another company. I went to their website where it briefly mentions that they deliver locally and nationally with ********** contacted ********* the company they supposedly are affiliated with, they do not have any record of an order or payment from me or country garden

    Hello this is ******* The Country Garden Flowers case ******** . Ok ******** placed an order through ********* eflorist web site I called her and refused the order out of our area . I told her to call ********* to get her money back because they process the credit cards before I get the order. Well I called Teleflora today the lady told I have to do it through them well I wished they would of told me that when I started letting them do my cards which I just started letting them do this the last two months. So she should have her money back in 3 to 5 days . The reference number for that is ********. So if this ******** would called me back in the first place that she got no where with Teleflora I would have called them then instead of doing the ******** she just did . So I did what I could now so her money is going to be refunded to her . Just picking up the phone and talking to me I am all about customer service. I guess I learned how to do this now to from now on . Thank you JoEllen
