    I paid ******************* at Abacus Accounting $800.00 on or around May 1st for help with tax preparation, for my current and back taxes.I am a disabled veteran so I explained I was limited on funds, and due to my fiduciarys neglect and abuse I was in a tax audit and in collections by time I recieved notice. She said she could work with my payments, and may not be able to do anything about the *** deadline but could definitely get it done shortly afterwards. I tried to reach out, and also had my caregiver ******************************* reach out multiple times to check the status. After month after month of excuses. Children were out for school, she has continuing education classes, appointments apparently all day every day yet never at the office. I finally had my caregiver request an appointment to see what had been done, and make sure this was being handled. My caregiver recieved a rude response to that request. She simply asked a day where she could come in and see what the progress was, and what was needed. I also have court July 22nd and my attorney advised me my case would be dismissed if I did not get this done, and she relayed that information to *****.***** then proceeded to tell my caregiver that she had been communicating with that she hadn't had time in over a month to look at anything, and she did not need to discuss anything with her. She also stated she did not know what was needed to finish this, and blamed my caregiver and I for not providing everything she needed. When we had asked multiple times what was needed. I decided to fire ***** and have my caregiver arrange to get my bank statements back from her, along with any work she had done. I recieved my bank statements back and nothing had been done. My caregiver then requested a refund, and ***** became extremely unprofessional and began to accuse her of harassing and threatening her. All the emails between ***** and my caregiver are attached, I also have all the recordings of our conversations.
