      Predatory practices. Very unfriendly in customer service. Will charge you more than they tell you upfront. Used foul language and aggressive facial and body language very disrespectfully.

      Terrible. I feel like my daughter (25 years old) was taken advantage of. She ended up spending over $4000 on repairs on a 2016 Jeep. After the work was completed, I contacted the store and asked for Labor Rates, Part Costs and Part Brands - none of which were listed on the Invoice. The manager refused to send this information to me unless I called them or met with them in person. I explained to them that I do not have time during the day (because I work) to deal with this. I asked them to simply send the information to me electronically and I would follow up with them. After several attempts with the manager, I asked that his supervisor contact me. He did, but again would not share the information. In conclusion, I don't think I was asking for anything out of line, and I would NOT recommend them to anyone. In fact, I am spreading the word that I believe they took advantage of my daughter due to her age and lack of knowledge.
