    Order #****** Blk & Bold Specialty Beverages keeps refusing my request for a refund. The Order # is ******, which I placed on May 5, 2025. I am requesting a full refund for the ********** Dark Roast K-Cups I purchased because the coffee was bitter. I've been trying to get a refund back since May 13, 2025. I informed ****************** at their request, that I used a Keurig K-Mini Single Serve K-Cup ********** Maker, 6 to 12oz Brew size. I filled the reservoir until it was full, and yet, and informed them that the coffee still tasted bitter. The company wants me to order another type of coffee, which they say is mild, but I would like my money back from my order. I expressed to them via email. They responded that For the refund we can issue a 25% discount on your order as a one-time courtesy, this will result in $8.62 refund on your order. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to process. Thank you again for your email and feedback.I bought 3 boxes, which totaled $34.47 (excluding the $5 shipping cost). I only used 1 Keurig capsule from one box. The other 2 boxes remain unopened. As stated in my initial message, I only opened one box and used a single pod, which was how I discovered that the coffees flavor is too bitter for my preference. Given that the remainder of the product is unopened and unused, I believe a full refund is reasonable.Thank you for your help, time and expertise. Sincerely,***** *******
