    I am a military service-memeber happily back in ******* after a long deployment. On January 10, **** I purchased a PC from this vendor with a total cost of $3,399.96 (Order #*****). Included in this cost is the expedited build time and 2 day shipping. After paying, I have received no correspondence from the company to indicate my expedited build time is being honored or that my order is being actioned. No public phone number is listed for them: I reached out through email and social media (Instagram and TikTok) to try to verify my order had been received and actioned, I have received no response from them. Their social media has comments reflecting that others have had their order sit there and not be shipped.
