      I applied for business credit as I was redirected to third party sharing my personal information. I was giving the incorrect procedure in applying for business credit and misinformed throughout the whole process! Credit Consumer Report protects our right to credit, unlawful practices and discrimination.

      I had an auto pay set to pay my auto loan. I have used this feature since the vehicle was purchased over three years ago. I just now found out that the credit union had stopped my payments earlier this year, because I was paid ahead. If you have an auto payment set up for anything with them, I would suggest you look to make sure they didn't stop your payments. This can affect your credit rating when it is something that you are thinking is being taken care of as planned.

      The matter was investigated and it was found that the customer configured her loan payment to terminate after a certain amount of transactions. When this threshold was reached, automatic payments ceased, the credit union did not stop payments in any matter, as was alleged in the complaint. This has been communicated to the customer in question.
