      Date of Service was April 26th 2024. On date of service paid service in full $1965 out of pocket and validated with staff members multiple times at beginning and end that service is paid in full. They said yes you have paid in full and insurance will cover remaining. The team said they accepted **************** however failed to state they were not in network. Six months later received a bill for $700 stating it is about to move to collections. Interesting how no bills were received until now and you want to move it collections with no notice. Tried to resolve the situation and they will not accept responsibility for their mistake.Additionally on the date of consult leading up to date of service they had quoted the procedure with the same out of pocket expense. I validated they accept my insurance and the remainder would be covered. They said that is correct hey had validated ******* further note I know and understand their disclaimers. I honestly wish I would have recorded the conversations that were had as it would put me in favor clearly. My ex wife was there for the conversations as well. Very misleading and they completely lack integrity in the way business is conducted.I am unable to upload the files due to file size. Please contact me for documents if needed.
