I received an invoice that showed a zero balance. Aspen Dental said after discounts and my insurance benefits I would owe $2000.00 est. I told them I couldnt pay that amount so she then said she could send information to a list of companies that could loan me the money. That process took seconds and we agreed to continue. At that point we received an invoice with a zero balance. A month or two later, I received a bill for $2008.00. They told me the discount wasnt allowed and I would be responsible for that amount. I checked with our insurance and they do not require or ask for a discount before the would an add a company to their list of companies they would pay the dental benefits. The discounts that was not allowed was on their invoice and was an arbitrary charge and was misleading and maybe illegal. I should not have to pay anything other what I agreed too in the beginning.

My son was told by the hygienist he needed a deep cleaning. This was the second annual appointment he had been to. Nothing was said about it at the first appointment. The dentist visited my son at his place of employment to tell him he did not need the deep cleaning, but my son went ahead with the appointment and paid $950. The dentist indicated that he would be leaving Aspen as he couldn't continue with the way they operated. My son brushes and flosses every day, the need for deep cleaning does not develop in a year. If he didn't need it at the previous annual check up, it should not have been needed at this appointment, especially when brushing and flossing is done daily. They prey on individuals that do not have the means to pay for these procedures and don't have insurance.

I had some work done 11/2023 & they confirmed my insurance coverage before that.3 months later I received a past due notice & found out not only was my claim never submitted, it was denied! Now I'm responsible for an amount that is $hundreds$ more than my quote! I would not have had the work done if l'd known the true cost! Be very careful if you go to Aspen Dental!

We paid in full for my husband's treatment, then we're told today that we had to pay more money to move forward! All of our documentation shows that we paid in full,so why are we being charged more?! When we called to complain, we were told that there is nothing that we can do! This is a total rip off, and is NOT ok! If we could get our money back and go somewhere else, we would! Do not trust this company!

They literally did not perform the surgery that I paid 855.00 dollars for because they had a power outage and just shut their doors without even giving him an antibiotic leaving us to have to have the surgery done elsewhere and then when they finally reopened and can take patients yet they can not refund my money for services not provided and they were so Rude about it too . They do not even get a start it was such a waste of time and money and a server health risk to my son

You are pressured into having a deep cleaning and buying toothpaste before the they will even look at you. I had temporary partials made that never fit correctly, the dentist "fixed" the lower so it wouldn't stay in position and causing me swallow it and getting it caught in my throat. They also charged me for filling cavities that didn't exist. The dentist couldn't read a xray. Im also fairly certain they had an unlicensed office worker making molds of my teeth.

I'm still waiting for Aspen Dental to contact me. They are crooks and horrible dentists. I'm stuck paying for over $2500 in garbage dental work.
