    I took my dogs for grooming service and was happy with the service. However, one of my dogs came home with cuts on his ears. I left message through the app asking for cream to treat the cuts or if I can bring dog in for groomer to treat the cuts. The Gm told me that she reviewed the tape and that the cuts did not happen there. She then told me that I was banned from coming back to get grooming service as was as I can never utilize the boarding service as well because I was being too difficult. I ask how we can resolve the issue can I was only asking for cream to treat cuts. She told me that we cannot and that she has other things to do and hung up. I was in shock as I only wanted cream to treat cuts on both ears. I asked to speak with owners, and she told me that I was not allowed to and that she cannot give out owner email information. I was happy with the grooming service I think she did a great job; however, I simply want cream to treat the cuts on my dog's ears.
