  Clog Busters Drain Cleaning & Repair Visit #1 Mon 10/14 = $800 with "one year warranty"Visit #2 Mon 10/21 = $200 but "did me a favor" by not charging because "this section is not under warranty" (the section that should've been cleared to start which is under our only bathroom)Call #3 Sat 10/26 = "there's going to be a significant charge to come out AGAIN"The service manager argued that a large piece of equipment was used to clear the drain. Ring cam footage shows no such equipment was ever brought into the home. The warranties are a scam. They will sign you up for a warranty before starting work, put a temp fix, and when you call them out less than a week later for the same problem, they will tell you this isn't covered under warranty and will charge again.

  This company was a no-show for a sewer inspection I scheduled for a homeowner I was purchasing. There was no phone call, email, text, etc. to alert they would not be coming. Steer clear of this outfit!!!!

  I feel embarrassed to even have associated myself with this company. I should have shopped around, but we were desperate to get our kitchen drain unclogged under the basement slab. They were close by so we gave it a shot blindly. What a colossal regret. So many things were wrong from the very beginning with this company. The techs were doing things that were not asked of them Prior to even assessing my kitchen drain pipe. Calls me up and gives me plan options which I chose the silver plan for $800. They found a completely collapsed pipe under the slab and couldnt actually fulfill the plan that I purchased. Basically would not give me any money back and told me I was lucky that I didnt pick a more expensive plan. Sent me a quote to come back to break up my floor and said they would only credit my money back if I went with them. It was about $5000. The manager wouldnt work with me at all, but claims he would like to keep my business. Absolutely ridiculous how this company price gouges and does the bait and switch. There are many complaints on ****** about their prices and their tactics and I think this company needs to be seriously investigated. I will make sure this company is seriously downgraded with everybody that I know in the area, they dont deserve a dime from the hard-working people of this community. I would have paid for the actual service which was snaking and a camera, which is not anywhere near $800! But they obviously dont want to keep customers happy and have a good reputation by word-of-mouth. I have a lot of family and friends in the area and Im going to highly recommend they dont waste their time and they actively tell other people not to call this company otherwise theyre going to get screwed over.

  This company is a total scam! They had me pay $583 to get my basement drain cleaned out. Then when it happened again a week later wanted me to pay another $683 for them to come out to up my service plan.It should have been fixed correctly the first time.
