  Absolutely terrible. They call you telling you and convincing you that you signed up for them to be your energy provider after you had recently made a change making it seem like they were the one you signed up for. They lied to me on the phone blatantly and wouldn't give me time to login and check my account to confirm whether or not they were the provider I signed up for and make you go through some automated thing scamming you into a much higher rate than you have. Absolutely disgraceful business.

  I have received multiple phone calls asking me to switch since my contract has expired. First of all didnt pronounce my name correctly, secondly my husband deals with the bills not me. I repeatly told this to ******* and explictly stated that he was not to be contacted as he would call and sign up on his own if he wanted. I know I told him at least 3 times that my husband was not to be contacted but at the end of the call, he stated they would just call him and hung up. Very rude and inconsiderate, also did not speak english very well to be selling something that is supposedly based out of ****.

  I'm sick and tired of Choice energy calling me multiple times a day and saying "Penelec notified us that your plan expired and wants you to renew" It's literally been over 10 years since I tried them and my bill has always been astronomically higher despite being told my bill would be lower. Also told I can switch back anytime. The reality is you can't UNLESS you pay a cancelation fee. I was told there is never a cancelation fee. Its a complete lie. Stay away from these Hucksters! That is unless you want to pay higher rates.

  The harassing calls are daily. I don't want your service. Stop calling me from different numbers saying that you can't remove me from your calling list. It's ridiculous the number of calls I get per week from them. They aren't the lowest. They need to lose my number!!!!!!
