I have always considered Bell Brothers a reputable company. I wanted to give the new Bell Brothers plumbing side of the business a try. I did agree to have 2 valves put on the water meter and 1 valve put on the water line leading to the outside for the garden hose. The price they quoted me seemed high $1246.00 I should have had another quote. I was having a problem with my water heater that another company installed a coupe of years ago. That company came out and fixed my issue with the water heater. I asked them to give me a quote on the work that Bell Brothers did. I did not tell him what I paid. He quoted me between $400 to $450. I then told him what I paid Bell Brothers and he said that the highest price shouldn't have been quoted over $500 maximum. Bell Brothers overcharged me at $1246.00. I've reached out to them twice to resolve this but I never got a response. I feel Bell Brothers took advantage of a senior citizen and I would like a $700 refund to call it fair. Thank you.Ron B

5 starsMay 2024 Very positive experience having ********* replace our a/c, furnace and hot water heater. Two techs (Z and ***) removed our old units and replaced with new units in one day. Can't say enough good things about *********; on time, pleasant, knowledgeable, great clean-up plus excellent advance communications about who and when the tech team is to arrive...all around very, very nice experience. 4 starsBell Brothers sent out three men who worked as professionals. They removed our old htg/ac units and installed new one's. Each knew what was required of them to get the job done professionally.

Another company said I need a part replaced for $400...Bell Brothers said the part was functioning well and no need to replace. They did thorough check and all is well. They were on time, respectful and trustworthy!Bell Brothers Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc.
