    Had a new furnace installed the first of this year so that would be ******* of 2023 they came out they did not install it properly I found Vents not hooked up I found my property unlocked when I called them they said we are so sorry we will get somebody out there to take care of it 4 days later so 4 days of a furnace not working properly then come to find out the inspector didn't pass their work after they told me he hadn't been out here yet so they came back three times finally got it done so I thought and had their service manager ***** come out and check the work so I was finally getting happy I thought everything was taken care of My mistake because I went to change my filter and wow look at that they didn't put a filter in the new furnace it's ran for 3 months with no furnace filter I texted their service manager after I made an appointment for them to come out and fix it I get no response they always say we fix it right or it's free is there slogan well I expect some sort of refund not 100% but probably at least 50% or I would be perfectly fine with you guys coming and taking your furnace and a/c let me have somebody else come put one in with a full refund and I will have a reputable company come out and do it right because chances are because of my long-haired animals and not having a filter in this furnace it's probably not going to last the complete lifetime they have offered me nothing to make anything right It is ridiculous and I would like it remedied so Mr ********************* with service legends how are you going to make this one right since you plaster your name on the radio all the time saying you're an honest trustworthy company I would like to see you guys figure out a way to make this right thank you here are the pictures of the vent they didn't hook up correctly or should I say at all

    Looking over the account I do see we have had several visits out to *****'s house to review the project.  I am going to be reviewing this with our install manager and operations manager to review the project and will respond with an update from the review.  If something was done incorrectly on our end, we will ensure it is addressed and taken care of.

    Furnace purchase on 1.27.22 Over charged -- I paid ******** for no-name, NOT high efficiency.Daughter purchased AC/Furnace in Aug. 2022 -- paid ******** -- different company, Name brand, HIGH efficiency units.Numerous issues with service in general -- and no resolution when trying to hash this out with service legends.I will attach more detail in supporting documents.

    Reviewing this account, we have had several interactions with client, all of which were escalated to me.  I have had several conversations with client regarding their concerns and, in the end, the project was agreed upon by them.  Client was offered several different tiers of equipment, but, in the end, the client decided which route made the most sense for them, their budget and their situation at that time.  I would like to state that they also had an option of doing nothing.  We did the agreed upon project for the agreed upon price.  I do know they had an additional concern regarding resetting their AC unit (I believe), and I attempted to schedule that adjustments several times without avail.  At the end of the day, I want to do what is right.  I whole heartedly believe that we did that in this case and do that every day as a company for our clients.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    there is no resolve to the obvious overcharge, horrible customer ********************** and lack of follow through, especially with the inspection after install. 

    what is their solution/fix to remedy this?

    We initially offered the client three (3) additional years in club membership, the client denied.  At this time, all contracted work has been completed or attempted to schedule (inspection).  We have had several contact attempts to resolve the client's issues with no progress.  I will put in another attempt to resolve the issues directly with the client.  We will still offer the three (3) additional years of club membership, but we will be rescinding if the client does not accept on this offer.
