    Checked into the Quality inn on east 14th st my room smelled of cigarettes the toilet was broken the tv did not work the bed sheets had blood stains and there were live bugs. The hotel would not accommodate me for anything the last straw was seeing the bugs so I left in the middle of the night I went up to the front to get my $100 deposit and to try and get refunded for the room the guy came back to the desk after checking the room and would not refund me or give me my deposit back as he claimed the room smelled of Marijuana I did not smoke anything in that room. You can even read the reviews online there are multiple people claiming the same thing they are a family owned business scamming people out of their money.

    On Saturday December 7th 2024. My Girl friend and I came to **********. We came to see a concert. We booked a stay at the Quality Inn on ************** in **********. After we checked out and left, the next day we were shocked. We were charged a ****** smoking charge on my debit card. My girlfriend and i DO NOT SMOKE and we did not smoke anything in that hotel room. I called the hotel and talked to a man who answered the phone. I explain the situation and he said the manager would call me. I have called 3 times and each time i am told the manager will call me. I still have not received a call back. My girlfriend called that hotel also and was told that the hotel would credit that charge back. I called ******************* on 12/8 and filed a report on this situation. I am calling the health department next because of mold and other violations were observed. Can you please help us. I would not be surprised if this has not happened before at this location.Thank You,*** *******

    Room was dirty it was black dust around the bathroom and the bed has smell I asked for a room change I was told no though I'm paying the facility is empty

    I paid $61.65 for a room on priceline.com went to the quality inn and suites hotel to check in not even 30 minutes after making the reservation and they refused the room because I didn't have the 200 dollar deposit and priceline and the hotel both refuse ro give me the money back. I am homeless my friend gave me the money so my *** cat and myself was out of the cold thanks to them I has to sleep in my car in the cold with my cat.
