      EMC Insurance has been extremely disappointing throughout the workers compensation process. Their priorities seem to lie in cost-cutting rather than providing fair treatment and proper care for injured workers. Communication has been poor, medical authorizations delayed, and overall support has been minimal. Its clear that the well-being of the injured party is not a concern for them. I expected accountability and professionalism, but instead encountered a system that feels designed to frustrate and avoid responsibility. I would not recommend *** to anyone who expects ethical or timely handling of claims.

      Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! You're business doesnt even deserve a star.September 2024. My daughter was struck by your client with their business vehicle while she was coming home from school. Bills upon bills upon bills. Now affecting my credit.Every week since September 2024 till now February 2025, we called the representative that is in charge with ZERO...YES ZERO....ZEERRROOOOO call backs or correspondence. We have sent emails. We have left voicemails. We have gone through your 800 number and have been transferred to this specific **** ZERO availability. What kind of business are you running? I have no further options left except for legal representation in court. What could have been a small payment (acting in the best interest for everyone) is now going to end up EMC insurance paying in the **** OF THOUSANDS.
