      Set up my move with **** the owner on 01/30/23 ESTIMATED START TIME - ***** NOON NUMBER OF MOVERS-3 NUMBER OF TRUCKS1 BILLING RATE- $ 140 PER HOUR PLUS .75 PER MILE GAS AND A $ 20 MATERIAL FEE DEBIT -CREDIT CASH OR CHECK AT END OF MOVE. And sent me a confirmed email but email confirms .50 cents per mile not .75. He quoted me $520 a little less or a little more. So moving day they call at 810am to tell me the first people they were suppose to move already moved them, can they move me early. I said I dont get my keys till 10am and wont be back till ****am thats why I choose *****pm. He said it would be closer to 12pm. They showed up at 143pm with 2 movers not 3! They told me it should cost about the same! They did not get done till 635pm and $750 later. I said I budgeted for $600. So they had to call the owner **** and he was so rude to me! I said you under quoted me. I paid $430 last year and you quoted $$520 this year! He said well you must have more stuff than last year! I said I have a couch, mattress and 3 barstools. How does that warrant extra $225? He kept screaming did my guys complete the job? I said of course they did but I was told 3 men for $140 and you sent me 2! He said Ill charge $120 for 2. He quoted me 3 hours and it took double! He would not work with me. I overheard him him telling his worker dont take no check from that ladyHow rude! Plus who has checks! This man is a fraud! And I found out he did the same to my step Father.

      He broke the contract. Sent me 2 men not 3. Lied about the worker being sick when he only had 2 full time guys. They called at 810am to move me earlier because the first appt canceled. 
      I couldnt get keys to new place till 10am they knew this. So they move the people after me and are late and only show up with 2 guys and it cost twice as much. Then I over heard him talking about me dont take a check from that lady he cost me an extra $225 plus $77 they broke my pizza machine and stop responding when I asked for it to be replace since its only 4 months old! they have insurance to cover my things and it was In their care. His refund is a slap in the face!!! I want my $302 owed to me. And I will pay what he quoted me! $$520 a little less or just a little more. Im not trying to skate on this be he is a fraud and lier!!!

      Were offering $55 dollars for the the used kitchen pizza machine this is a depreciated value price. Our movers worked hard for this customer and she stated this. There was far more items to be moved than she stated during booking the move. We are not open to refund any of the bill.

      They showed up at 143pm already tired from the move that was after me since the 8am bailed. Then showed up with 2  men! Of course it would take longer and more than 3 hours but it took longer with the 2 men. I budgeted for $600 for the little more but $225 and 6 hours later not $520 and 3 hours! 
      I should not have to pay extra for your poor judgements on quotes. I had 3 more items a small new couch, chair, mattress. How does that warrant $225. And your statement far more item than last year is a lie! Stop trying to fraud me and skate on what you owe me period! The $55 is fair and I will agree to that since I use it for 4months. Now pay me what you owe me. I budgeted for $600 so how about $150??? Im trying here and you are doing nothing but trying to skate! 
       The **** Attorney General has been contacted and next will be small claims!
