      Oct 2022 transaction. I ordered glasses with specific lenses and cootings and paid for them. I confirmed the items at the time I paid. Glasses deliver and the confirmed it was the items I ordered. I inspected the product and it was a lesser lens and did not have the coating I paid for. I was told by *****, the manager that they would make everything ok and get the proper lenses that I paid for. For the next month I called ***** who took my calls to say the were too busy to get find the correct lenses. After a month of this, ***** said they can get the lenses I ordered and they were expensive, and they would eat the difference. She would call back with details. When she called back she said it would cost me an additional $380 on top of the $340 I already spent to get the exact items they already agreed to when they took my money. And if I took the lenses there would be no warranty or returns. I want the lenses and coatings that I ordered at the original agreed rate with a warranty against incorrect prescription and lens and coating defects.

      To Whom It May ****************************** regret that we have been unable to make our Mr. ***** happy. 

       

      We spoke with Mr. ***** on approximately November 23, 2022 and advised Mr. ***** that we would be happy to give him a full refund. We advise Mr. ***** that he had 14 days to return the glasses and he did not return them. I again offer to refund **************** purchase, and will extend the time frame another 14 days from today.
