      Would get 0 stars if possible. This company cares so much about money rather than caring for the property or it's residents.Living at the *************** and Manor. As soon as new management came in, the property has rapidly declined. Come to find out oh they are short staffed. Basically they bought and scooped up the property before they even had people to take care of the property. What a money grab.They do not care about the way the property grounds look nor do they care about helping residents with maintenance requests.Previous management handled both emergency and regular maintenance requests. With BH management (previous management), my requests would be taken care of that week. With this management, it was two weeks before I gave up and fixed it my **** self. What losers. And of course they get people to stop dropping trash on the property, or mow the lawn. But if they can get more money out of residents who leave trash outside their door for a day, they'll take all the money they can.

      Disrespectful and unprofessional. The managers working the offices at apartments are fine. But our apartment at Ingersol square has gone downhill since they took over but the worst is the management at Artisan. I tried to work with the regional manager *****. not only did it take constant follow *** and weeks to get any response when she did they were shorty and ignored almost everything asked. She would respond with something you didnt ask and act like it was an answer. She acted like you were too stupid to notice she was ignoring you When you pointed out that she ignores she would point to her responses that didnt answer your questions. When you point out why they didnt answer she acts like a child and ignores it all again. Supposedly, after I spoke with our direct office I was given another contact. Its been over a week and it still hasnt responded. This is on top of the excuses they constantly make for the how downhill amenities and cleanliness has gotten. Ive been told we know about it and have made changes only to see nothing change
