    Purchased a one-year subscription to Better Homes & Gardens in July 2022. Was billed immediately. Still have not received anything and we are now in September. I contacted their team by replying to my order confirmation email as instructed to ask if those delays were normal (they had all of my personal info included as the original email was quoted), after which their customer service agent replied that they couldn't find an account with my email address and needed more information such as my address, full name, etc. to proceed with my request for support. I gave them the information again, mentioning it had already been included in my first email and was then ghosted by their customer service despite several follow-*** within the same email thread for two weeks. I contacted my credit card company about this charge aftet those two weeks and asked for them to dispute the charge given their failure to provide the service I had paid for or handle my customer support request. The following day, I received a vague email from Meredith Corporation saying that they had forwarded my email "to the appropriate department for handling" and asking me to include every email correspondance with them when contacting them in the future to ensure that "my request is handled in a timely fashion" even though I had done so the whole time as I had only ever replied to the same thread (I can still see all of my messages to them under this update). To say I am ****** off and dissatisfied with my experience would be an understatement. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

    Would give zero stars if could. DO NOT order from this place! On July 28, 2022, I was wanting to order PEOPLE magazine. This company is what came up when researching. Stupid me didnt look at reviews then, but after ordering, there was something that popped up with review rating and I saw it was not impressive! I immediately started trying to cancel order. But everywhere the website tells you to go to put in your cancellation request, it would say there was no order with that information. I kept trying getting the same results. I then tried the phone number it said to call, and got recording that they were closed. I have tried every site they say to online, including my account, which doesnt even give options, the mag customer service.com, which tells me theres no order, every way I can but to no avail. This morning I actually got to speak to a human in customer service who gave me the same story! He couldnt find an account with all this information! They were able to find it when they charged my card on July 29, 2022!!! They have 3 service orders concerning this that when they reply, they give me the same bull.I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY KEEP SAYING THERE ISN'T AN ACCOUNT IN THIS NAME! Like I said, they charged my card.******** W *************** Order date: July 28, 2022 For: PEOPLE magazine 52 issues Charged card $55.12 on July 28, 2022 to Magazines.com I WANT THIS ORDER CANCELED AND MY CARD REFUNDED!! This place is a scam, and should not be allowed to operate!BBB....can you not help me??I have copies of emails sent with order number, account number, account ID, amount, responses saying theres not an account, if you, BBB, needs them sent.Please help?Thank you.
