      After 4 months of living here my apartment flooded via the walls!! As i have a ground floor apartment and I have been displaced from my apartment luckily at a friend's home. The office personel has done nothing about the issue. I have been trying to reach them for a MONTH, that I paid the rent for. I get ignored, lied to about being contacted, or excuses on why I haven't been contacted back. I was told that my issues haven't been resolved because 4 other tenants are going through the same thing. My carpet is pulled up and the place looks like a construction zone. I'm not being let out of my lease. I am not being refunded in anyway for the month I paid for that I have not been able to inhabit my apartment. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company and the headache of the unprofessional ism they provide.
