    I took my kids and niece and nephew to kids empire for my daughters birthday. When I arrived I had to fill out a waiver for a child who wasnt listed and so did my sister. When it was time to pay to get in we had an issue because I asked to pay in one transaction not two. The associate went and asked his manager whom came over and had a nasty attitude. I then requested my money back as we exchanged words bc of her attitude. She advised I would have to wait 3-7 business days to receive my money back after corporate approves it. I never got the refund so I contacted my bank they started a dispute. Now here we are January 2nd and my bank has denied to claim due to lack of evidence. They took ***** back from me from the temporary hold. Kids empire now owes me ***** my money back. I called nobody could give me a number to corporate. They only gave me a email. *** tried to email and have gotten not reply. I just want my money back bc we left and Im not just giving away ******. The associate also failed to give me a reciept due to us exchanging words. I called that same location and the woman who was the manager there in September is no longer the manager. This was a horrible experience and I will never step foot in ******************************* kids empire again. Attached is the day the money was taken out my account the day my bank reimbursed me the day they took the money back and two emails I emailed in September. I just clearly want my money. I can also provide a picture with a time stamp right before we went into the location and can provide a picture of the location we ended up going to after we left with a time stamp that will indicate what time we got to kids empire and what time I got to the other location. Theres only a hr difference which will show we did not stay to play
