      They are right. **** never did put the 10% in writing But he did make the statement to my wife and I and my brother was there ****, because he stopped by for a visit before **** stopped by to discuss the project.

      The only reason I went with recon. Was the fact they offered a 10% discount and shamrock, roofing did not. Or I would have went with shamrock roofing

      Never physically threaten them. The only thing I threatened them with was taking them to court in contacting the BBB So if they have something that shows or states that I threaten them. I've asked them to see it and they refuse

      Yes, they did offer a $************ The 250 was from the discount they gave me and the 326 is what I had left to pay. But ***** told me I did not have to pay it because of the problems I was having but offered 424 Which I did say no to to? ***** then spoke to ************************* while later. Told him if you give me 2000-250 then you have a deal ***** said let me call you back. He called back about fifteen minutes later and said yes, we will do that So I agreed with that. 

      I called ***** on May 3rd told him I could stop by. And pick up the check and sign anything that needed to be signed. He told me the check was mailed. May second and I did not need to sign anything.

      I also asked for an itemized statement which they refused. I had to get from my insurance company, which that's what they told me to do. Then, when looking at it noticed that they put multiple elevations on the garage. The garage only has two elevations that is insurance fraud.

      They have a contract that states lifetime that theydont want to honor. Its A Guarantee on work and quality of work well since they got paid. They have not finished the job and refused to telling me to contact contractors. So then they can pay them to finish the work. Because I yelled at them and threatened them with court & BBB.

      I let him know that 3 screens were missing. **** told me he took pictures and that 3 screens were missing. I've asked him to see the pictures and he. Refuses to give me the pictures. They are not willing to do anything at all to help out, but they did agree to pay me 1750 Which they decided not to send out after they told me they sent it out on May 2nd So they wonder why I am so upset. I got lied too. They haven't finished the work they got paid to do. They're refusing to fix the problems that they created. Maybe if they hired honest people, it would be awesome.

      But the Integrity of this company is horrible Maybe you should unaccredit them or drop them a star. Obviously, they don't like to do what they state. They're going to do I did also contact the owner which he. Refused to contact me at all

      hip by fixing the gutter downspout that the s**** stripped out in finish, putting the screens in the windows and the front storm door only had three screws in it, not five They have already been paid for this work. Now they do not want to fix it or reimburse me. The money that I was told I was going to receive. I haven't text message from ****. Overland stating it was mailed May 2nd Today is May 11th still NO CHECK And repair work not finished. They said they was not going to come to my house to fix. Because I yelled at them told me to fix it myself. I already paid them to do the work. Told me to hire someone and then they would pay them. That is their job to do. Also, refusing to file my. Warranty work get they performed And they said they would. This is making my anxiety and PTSD bad again So *** called the crisis line at the police department and had them. Call me he is the problem the. Reason why it's happening and recon. Roofing, please get your stuff fixed and get me paid like you promised

      As we discussed with ************** on multiple occasions, we do not offer a 10% military discount. We have searched all communication and have found no documentation that a 10% discount was offered to the customer. We dont and cant offer percentage discounts on insurance work because that is insurance fraud. As weve asked and said, we have requested written evidence of any of these promises we made, we would gladly stay true to our word and our contract. ************** has relentlessly and aggressively made remarks that threatened the safety of our team and made us concerned on the safety of himself. So we ask that he no longer communicates with us, and as we honor our contract, to have him find another contractor that is more comfortable fixing the work and we will compensate accordingly. We had come to terms with him that involved cutting him a check, but the next day he was no longer satisfied with the deal and wanted the alleged 10% so we took the deal off the table entirely. We had sent him the paperwork to file for his military rebate as outlined in our website. It is also documented that ************** and his wife were extremely satisfied with their experience of our company and had left us two 5-star ****** reviews until he inaccurately alleged we offer a 10% discount on insurance work, which again would be illegal.

      During our conversation with **************, we offered a settlement where both parties would walk away and not talk ill of each other. As we readied the check, he kept pushing for the purported and illegal 10% discount. It was apparent from his tone and choice of words that the settlement offer would not be enough, and he would not hold up his end of the bargain. We decided to refrain from engaging in any negotiations with a party whose approach appeared uncooperative, abrasive, and disrespectful to our team members. ******************** had thought the check was sent, but management had stopped it from leaving our building or allowing ************** on site. 

      We do not feel comfortable or safe working at his property, so we will honor our lifetime guarantee and pay for another contractor to finish any alleged missed tasks. We have a long-standing history of serving thousands of satisfied customers and extending support to numerous military veterans. We thank ************** for his service and hope he finds peace. Regarding ****************** mention of potential litigation, we are prepared to address any legal matters with the utmost professionalism and transparency.

      I should not have to do their job. Find someone to fix their mistakes or there. Problems that they did not correct. I have paid out of my pocket for things to already be fixed. Have spent my time and energy to do this. I'm not going to contact anybody to have them call them. So they can pay them. This is their responsibility. This is their guarantee, if they do not agree to get the things taken care of and give me the money that they promised. And that I was going to pick up on may fourth or fifth that they supposedly sent out, but yet then took out of the mail and did not send it to me after both parties agreed to 1750 And everything was going to be alright until they decided not to fix the problems that they created at my home. These problems still need to be addressed. They know what they are. They can contact people themselves and pay for it. That way, either it gets done this way, or we will go to small claims. And I will pick it their establishment. I'm a Union member. I don't tolerate this type of lying behavior there is another complaint that they'd done the same thing to someone else. Misappropriated over $5000 of their money. This is an ongoing occurrence with this company. I will be out with a picket sign this Thursday. My day off and I will walk up-and-down the sidewalk with a picket sign. They need to grow up and get the job done that. They promise to do very poor quality. I still have things not fixed in things not finished stuff. I have paid for out of my own pocket. That they have already been paid for. So if mister ******** did not know about the check being taken out of the mail the day earlier on thursday May 2nd Plus ***** also told me on Friday. I did not need to stop by and pick the check up that it had already been mailed out. I knew they were going to do this. This is what type of company they are.

      Go through their other reviews. You will see that they have done this to multiple other people. Maybe I need to start a class action lawsuit, but I will be taking them to small claims court. I will represent myself. We'll find out what goes on, and then. This will also go on another review that they keep taking down off of their sight. My wife and I have left reviews multiple times because they continue to take them down off of there website This is not going to end well. Just curious why they had to be reminded to contact you guys again instead of doing it when they first received that complaint. This is the way. It's been the entire time with every complaint that I have had never once have. I swore or called them any names. There's no reason to feel unsafe to come to my house to fix the problems that they created. This all started because they would not do what they said they were going to do
