    I bought a house and my basement was flooded in less than a week. Incredible customer service provided by Mark, very quick response time and reliable, knowledgeable service provided. When I was asking if I needed to do more work (more money for them) he was honest and said it was unnecessary. This is huge for businesses and very uncommon. I will be a forever customer!

    After many sad attempts at restoring a set of tub and bathroom sink drains which had only gotten worse and worse over a long period of time, I decided that the correct answer was to call Bobs Sewer Services. And do you know what happened? ***** FIXED IT! Now, the drains that were only marginally functional for years, ACTUALLY WORK PERFECTLY! So I give them my Absolute Highest Recommendation! He was very knowledgeable, personable, prompt, polite & professional. Call Bobs Sewer Services anytime you have a plumbing issue! From now on, I know I always will!
