    On June 10th I hired them to tow my car from my home to Big O Tires. That went fine but from that time of writing this (July 12th) I have called multiple times for an invoice so my insurance will pay me back. My wife has also called on my behalf. We have been promised that managers will call us back or that we will receive the invoice via text or email. Nothing. We've been very patient and all I want is an invoice. I also have the digital receipt available if needed.

    On August 28, 2023, J & E Towing towed my car 3 miles. I was quoted a price of $100 for the service by phone the evening before. When the car was delivered to the destination, the driver had a charge on his computer receipt of $129. When I told him that was not the price I was quoted, he said he could do nothing about it at that moment, but to call the dispatch, who would refund the overcharge. I contacted the office, and was told I would receive a refund of the price difference. Although I have spoken with him numerous times and he stated the refund would be forthcoming, it has not materialized. He now won't answer when I call. I want the $29 refunded.
