    Paid a deposit to have work done and he never showed. Would like my money back so I can pay somebody who will.

    On April 19th 2023. We gave Rayvon Miller (owner) a deposit of $2,250 to "guarantee" a start date to cut down a huge tree on our property. The agreement was that he would start the job on May 1st. which he never did. I reached out to him numerous times, but never received a response. He finally responded on May 10th and promised to do the job on Thursday May 25th. He never showed up and I have not received a response to any of my calls or texts.We can no longer hire someone else to do the job for us because we don't have the money to do so. The tree limbs are becoming very dangerous, therefore we need to get this tree taken care of as soon as possible.

    We had Miller Way perform work for us on October 1st, 2022. We paid them in full after agreeing that they would finish the work after MidAmerican came to cut down branches. Now we cannot get in touch with them to finish the work that we paid for. We have not heard from them since October 15th. **Update** We heard from the business and they said the would come by yesterday but they never showed up and continue to ignore us.
