    They didnt seem interested in gaining my business, though they knew I had been referred to them by another shop. Perhaps truck business is more profitable than small cars.They never called back after initial contact. I then called them. They were to call back to schedule an appointment & a week later, still have not. Their estimate was $500 higher than that of the shop I ended up taking car to which has a high positive score and people much more pleasant and helpful who got my car in the next day.

    We had some difficulty reaching this person with the estimate, either because the phone number we had was going to someone else, or a voicemail that was full/not set up.  In any case, we were eventually able to talk with her about the estimate.  Our estimate was a worst case scenario, based only on a different shop's diagnosis.  The customer had declined having us look at the unit and verify that the previous diagnosis was correct before we made an estimate, so we were only estimating what the other shop had said that it needed.  We specialize in diesel repair, primarily for semis, and her unit was a passenger car. We are glad that she was able to get a correct diagnosis and get her repair done at a shop that *** be better suited for her needs.
