    I have bought ******************************************************************** two totally over $100,000. Most of them have done pretty well but 2 of them that I got this past year have been a miserable failure and the sales **** **** has made no serious effort to help me out. I've contacted him multiple times over over past several months and it appears once the deal is done so is he. The Mario **** game worked pretty ************** months despite the steering wheel working itself loose every week. It now only gives us an error message. The photo car one worked for all of 2 uses and hasn't worked since. I've made thousands of dollars in payments for these machines and received little to no revenue. It's frustrating to say the least! I would like someone come and get them in full working order and possibly some compensation for the months of lost revenue or worst case have them pick up the 2 machines and refund all of my money on them including interest.

    Hello,

    Customer has in fact bought 5 Arcade games from Oct 2022 - Feb **** totaling $5****. *** his salesperson has reached out to rectify the situation and the customer will only text and will not discuss on the phone. Text will not respond back for days.  As we sell coin op equipment it is up to the customer to maintain the equipment as well as provide service or hire a company to provide service to the equipment. We do provide technical service as well as phone support at the distributor level. We also have the manufacturer's that build the equipment provide support for the customer on that level. We do have a parts department that can help rectify the parts that are on warranty. We also provide installation of the equipment at a extra cost to the customer, which the customer declined. We did not receive the 1st attempt regarding this complaint, and we do apologize for the late response. I have personally reached out to the customer on Feb 13th at 9:43 AM central. I provided my office number as well as my cell. We would like to rectify this situation ASAP.     Moss distributing is a Coin op Distributor for over 20 Manufacturers through out the world and we have well over **** clients in our data base worldwide.
