  I had a service call yesterday to fix some drafty windows.A man by the name of ****** ca.e out. He did a fabulous job. ****** was very kind, perso able, listened to my complaints and reassured me he will fix them. He has a very uplifting persona. Thank you ****** for the great job you did.

  We are so happy with our new windows. *** and his crew did a wonderful job with installing them. They explained step by step on the installation process. They installed 11 windows and one sliding glass door in 3 days. They left little to no mess when they were done. I would recommend Window World to all my friends.

  What terrible customer service. We had ********************** installed the beginning of October and still have yet to get our problems fixed. We have been lied to multiple time by not only **** but by ******************* as well. We have tried being nice and understanding with them but they continue to run us around in circles. Our window is loose in one room and they refuse to send someone out to fix it. Their contractor they used to install the windows scratched and gouged my sons bed but the quality guy is too insensitive to take care of our issues and tells me its not their problem its the contractors problem. I didnt hire the contractor I hired window world. I would never recommend window world to another person. Ive even called corporate and no one has reached out to help us. We paid a good price for 19 windows and should be treated well.

  I am sorry you are not satisfied with us. We do appreciate your business and all feedback is greatly appreciated and I assure you it is taken into consideration to help us be better and make changes, if needed.Specifically in response to your review, your contract was for 19 double hung windows and included 3 sill repairs. One of the ***** did not get replaced because of the way it sat on the roof line and we will issue a credit for that with a signed change order. Regarding what is being described as a loose window, as *** explained, the wood frame of the window needs to be repaired/replaced. The wood frame is part of the home framing not the replacement window we installed. And a wood or buck frame is not a part of the window cost but is a separate line item and additional cost on the contract. Unfortunately, we are not able to see everything that is behind or around the existing window until we take it out and sometimes, we find rotten wood. We discussed the cost and will gladly repair/replace the wood frame, which is part of your home structure, on the 1 loose window once a change order is signed. Our notes do state you also wanted several more ***** replaced at no charge, and we did let you know we would do those ***** at an additional cost once a change order is signed. Window World sent a change order for the removal of one sill and the additional ***** requested to be done, but it was never signed and returned. This job is complete per the signed contract, with a balance due. We will gladly do any additional work once a change order is signed and the current contract is paid in full.And, as far as the alleged damage to the headboard by our installer, we did receive and review the picture of the damage. We spoke with the installer, who let us know that he did install this window from the outside, so the window was not in the bedroom to cause any damage to the headboard. In addition, we do request, at the time of scheduling the installation, that all homeowners move items away from the windows and give us an approximate 3 space to do our work. The installer did let us know the items were not moved away from the window, but even then, the damage to the headboard is significant and we believe any tools used would not have caused the damage shown in the picture, such as an X and what appears to be a smile or half circle with ally very little, if any damage, next to and near the window. Since we do not believe this damage was caused during the window installation, *** did inform you there would not be any discount, but as stated already, if you would like to turn it into insurance, please contact our office. Please contact our office at #************ to complete the Change Order necessary to do the additional sill repairs and to make full and final payment on the balance due.

  I would highly recommend Ron and his crew. Very professional and experts in their field. Went above and beyond to do the extras so the window install was not only efficient and quick, but you could tell they genuinely cared about the quality of workmanship! Fantastic Job!
