    6/28/2023 - Paid $556.35 for Vent and furnace cleaning. Fast forward to 11/30/23, I had to call furnace repair to check our a noise concern. It was discovered that the blower motor was caked with dust and large dust *****, evident that no furnace cleaning ever took place. I contacted company and they admit their technician "forgot" to clean it resulting in all of the vent dust and debris to be blown into my motor and left to eventually result in needing replaced. I have requested full refund of service, which is less than the full $600 parts and labor. They will not comply and have offered $85 first round and now $300. The furnace repair company have stated I am very lucky that my house, with 3 toddlers, id not catch fire. I have full text messages with conversations that I can provide as well as pictures of the blower motor and statement from FOPS plumbing and heating for this companies negligence.

    Service date 10/24/2022. The crew showed up for appointment. They were told the ducts likely had not been done before. The house was built in ****. They spent only one and a half hours (maybe) on site. They took before pics they never showed me. Did a hurry up job and left. Became apparent after a week or so they had done a lousy job, dirt and dust coming out of vents. Called them back and the owner came back a second time and tried again. Drilled more holes and beat and banged on return ducts sending a large amount of dirt on to the floor. Their equipment was not powerful enough pull it out out to the filter equipment. I decided to call another contractor at larger expense. Second contractor showed me pics of what they missed (a lot). He spent more than three hours completing the job. All is good now. Contacted ************************* (owner) by text regarding a refund on or about the end of December. After speaking with **************** he agreed to refunding about 75% ( $250) of the bill on 01/27/2023. Haven't seen anything yet. I have a text stream laying out most of what I have said.

    Here are some of your before and afters of your home! We did talk and agree on a $250 refund yes and it was sent out in the mail. We have not heard anything back since so we assumed all is well until this complaint. We want to make this right to make sure eveyone is satisfied! Please reach out to me and we can get it solved!     At this time, I have not received anything by mail for this issue. They need to check on the status of the check they claim to have sent.
