    Company came out to coat garage floors and to also clean dryer vent. They left the job and said they would return another day to do vent cleaning.It has been months.. we have left phone messages , texts, emails et. To call us back . No replies We said finish job or return the $125.

    During the month of February, I attended the home show in ******** **** where I come into contact with ***************************** from Xtreme clear & coatings. We discussed about having my flooring done in my garage. We exchanged phone numbers and I was given a brochure and a business card from ***********Within a couple of ********************** called me and a date was provided for him to come to my home for measurements and a quote for the work. ***** requested a deposit for $******. We discussed about having the job completed in spring of 2022. On April 12th, an email was sent to me that showed I paid my deposit.In the spring the work was not completed. In September 2022, I made several calls to *****. On Sept 20th, ***** finally returned my call and I explained to him that fall Was near and I was having hand surgery and I needed to get items stored in my garage. ***** told me that they were doing a big job and they MAYBE could come on Wed. I told him that it wasnt acceptable and to refund me my $******.We ended our conversation. After several weeks and not receiving my deposit. I began to call each day on ****** cellphone and leaving a message for him to call. ***** hasnt returned my call as of this date. I finally texted him and he did return a text saying that I broke the contract. I never received a copy of anything, other than the receipt that I paid the deposit. I texted ***** again that he had to the end of this month or I would be filing a small claims complaint. As of Oct 19th, I still havent received my ******. Or a phone call from *****.

    I have retuned and talked to ***********************. She called in the spring and said she wanted to wait till fall. We run 6 weeks out she called at the beginning of September saying it need to be done in a couple weeks. I said I would see what I could do to fit her in, and I couldn't get to her in till the first week of October. She got upset and requested her down payment back. I said ok give me a couple weeks and I'll get it out to you. And I did so the way the letter reads I was right in time.  I also reached out to her and explained that she jumped the gun by submitting a claim as she didn't give me the time, I told her it would take to get it to her. She said she would think about calling you guys to let you know it was resolved.

    I am rejecting this response because: When I spoke to the business manager, it was originally set to complete the job in April or early May. Then it got to summer and I told him to wait for fall. 

    Beginning of Sept, I began calling two different phone numbers to touch base with no responses to Sept 20th I believe. 

    I told him that I was having hand surgery on each hand and that I needed to get things inside the garage before the surgery and nasty weather.

    i was told that they had a big job and MAYBE they could be there the following week. I told him that MAYBE wouldnt work. I asked for the refund.

    After our conversation, I waited two weeks and still didnt receive my deposit back. I called everyday for two weeks and left messages each day for a returned phone call. 

    After not returning a phone call from extreme, I finally reached out to BBB.

    approx a week later, I received the deposit back and got a text from Xtreme. He explained that it was difficult to keep help there and they were falling behind. I told him that I had called both cell phone numbers provided and not once did I have any response from Xtreme.  I told him that I felt like they were ignoring me and thats really got me upset.

    Im happy that I was given my deposit back and will not do business with the company Xtreme, along with my family and friends and will notify Waterloo when the home show is approaching to make sure no one else experiences the problem I had.
