    On 4-28-22 I received a proposal from Dietz Enterprises to: Labor and materials to finish, prep, pour and stamp concrete patio, in the amount of $9000.00.A payment of $4500.00 was paid on 4-28-22 and a second payment was made on 5-9-22 upon completion. I was very happy with the project at the time.After the following winter and in the spring the concrete started to crumble, involving close to half of the patio. We contacted the contractor several times and said he was searching for a product to cover and seal the concrete surface. No further contact was made.I have made contact with him starting in April of this year. No response to phone calls and some texting.When he has responded he agreed to tear out the concrete and start over. (Heating elements were placed at the beginning of the project). He has also somewhat agreed to another contractor, that I had contacted, who were able to repair some of the damage. He requested a copy of that bid, which I sent to him.I have many text messages unanswered and no solution to the improper cement placement or cement makeup that he used.Dietz Enterprises has made no effort whatsoever. I requested several times for him to come to my home to look at it and he has not done that either.
