      They are treating us like criminals. We financed our car thru them at the recommendation of the car dealership. Huge mistake. We changed our insurance over the next day. Later we were charged more than 10 grand for insurance. Since then, we have sent them proof that we have never been uninsured. Yet, they still show the 10 G on our account. Now they say they must talk to our insurance agent. The official documents apparently arent good enough. So I sit on hold with my insurance company. Who knows what hoops they will require tomorrow. I think its a scam. If anyone ever suggests you do business with them, just say no, never, not going to happen. Apparently they only do business with folks who would forge insurance policies.

      In March of 2022 we filed taxes through a family-owned business. After I went in and made sure they had our direct deposit information correct, the tax preparer entered our home address as the account number that this money would be deposited to (also a Dupaco member). Dupaco refused to go after this man that obtained our funds as the man had already spent the money. They sent us a slip showing us that the money went into the wrong account but blurred the name off of it. The *** sent an inquiry about this and Dupaco stated "Your name does not match the name on the account and no funds are available to return." For some reason when they do direct deposit their system does not flag anything that does not have the account number matching a legal name.

      You can have money in your account for them to decline your card then cost you extra fees cause the payment never went through. This is called fraud!!! Actually what dupaco did to me.
